I got a chance to sit down with Ann from Smitten Kitten, an adult toy store in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They have become one of the largest hubs for providing community support in the midst of the ICE raids and havoc ripping through Minnesota. They have been boosting mutual aid fundraisers to help people avoid evictions, pay legal fees, buy food, and much more. They provide gear to help protect citizens from ICE tactics, safe haven for people to get away from the chaos outside, etc.
All communities need strength, and the ones who bring it to you enable your ability to make others stronger.
